OnStop charges an annual membership fee and for each 'on-stop' letter it sends by first class post.

The membership fee is based on the annual turnover of your company;

The minimum charge is £95 for companies with an annual turnover of £500,000 or less, payable annually in advance.

£200 is charged for companies with turnover upto 1 million pounds.

£200 is charged pro rata for turnover above 1 million pounds (representing 0.0002% of turnover).

For companies with turnover above £ 500,000 membership fees may be paid quarterly or annually in advance, if you choose to pay annually, a 5% reduction is offered. Payments for membership fees may be made online via WorldPay or offline by cheque for annual payments and a combination of cheque / Standing Order for quarterly payments. Membership fees are billed separately to charges for 'on-stop' letters.

OnStop charges £1.00 for each letter that is sent. A Credit Limit is set on letter usage when you join OnStop. The Credit Limit is based on the annual turnover of your company at £350 per million of turnover.

Searches on the OnStop registry are free, as is the taking 'off-stop' of companies within the ten day payment window.

All supplies by OnStop are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 17.5%)
